• Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am.
• One night stays require full payment at time of booking to secure the room. More than one night stays require 50% of stay at time of booking to secure the room with the balance payable in full upon check in.
• If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $25.00.
• If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund.
• For short notice bookings where the booking is made within weeks of the planned arrival date, and then cancelled, there will be no refund.
• For a no show on the day of planned arrival, all monies will be forfeited.
• There will be no refunds for guests that elect to depart early.
